LION OF THE SUN

A memory-erasure programme sends Edward Chen into a nocturnal landscape where the past takes physical form. An illuminated doorway, a table isolated among trees and a pale, egg-like object interrupt the forest’s natural order. Confined pools of blue light hold the figure apart from his surroundings, giving inner conflict the shape of a place he must move through. Against these enclosed encounters, the open ridge offers a different scale and horizon.
